Polyethylene Tube
Known as poly tube, this is a continuous blown film product that’s wound on a roll. The versatility of this product can be used in many packaging applications. As it is a continuous roll, the client can customise the length of the poly tube wrap to suit their packaging requirements. This minimises waste and off cuts of generic packaging sizes and ensures the product/s are packaging in an appropriate size and shape.
Poly Bags on a Roll
At Dolphin Plastics & Packaging, we can customise polyethylene bags, sheet and poly tube to meet specific user requirements. The bags can even be printed with your company logo. Our poly bags range in size from 90mm wide to 1500mm wide.
If you require thick bags, we can customise the size of your bags anywhere between 25 microns and 250 microns. If required, we can manufacture bags with side gussets.

Our plastic film can be manufactured using both virgin raw materials and recycled raw materials. Our specialized facility enables us to manufacture plastic polyethylene products in the most environmentally friendly way. We have strict operating procedures and state of the art equipment that minimizes our ozone output and electricity consumption throughout the manufacturing process. We also have an onsite recycler which enables us to minimize the waste generated during the manufacturing process. The materials recycled onsite can be re-manufactured for secondary uses in different applications.
We can also put degradable additives in our plastics to ensure the film breaks down faster minimizing its impact to landfill and the environment.
